Returns & Exchanges
Return/Exchange Policy:
Items must be in their original condition and cannot be washed or worn to be eligible for return or exchange.
Your order must have been placed within 30 days to be eligible for a return.
SALE / CLEARANCE items are NOT eligible for a return nor exchange.
If an item you received is damaged or defective please email us a picture to contact@shrunkenhead.com within 48 hours of receiving your product.
How To Return or Exchange:
The Shrunken Head and Tailgate accepts returns or exchanges only for items in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Please return or exchange your item in store or by mailing your item back to Tailgate by Shrunken Head with your order number on or in your package. Upon receiving your package, a Shrunken Head staff member will complete your return or exchange.
Note: If you are returning an in store purchase please include your receipt or invoice number along with your contact information (Name, Phone Number, and Email Address)
